This program features facilitated dialogues with peers across your industry. The topics will focus on the key skills necessary to become a successful first-time leader. These include how to build lasting and productive relationships, how to manage your time as a leader, how to elevate performance and accountability, and how to flex your leadership style to be effective in each context. The sessions will be led by Executive Coaches who have extensive experience of the financial services industry with understanding of “player-coach” cultures.
