Leticia Hartmann

Leticia Hartmann is a Managing Director in the firm’s Leadership practice. Leticia provides coaching and counsel for Fortune 500s and startups. Leticia is a seasoned leader with expertise in advising and managing diverse global teams across a wide range of industries. She coaches clients on how to use effective leadership communication, executive style, and relationship building to achieve excellence. She has recently worked with leaders and C-suite executives at organizations including Dell Technologies, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, The Carlyle Group, Bank of America, Point72, Microsoft, Oppenheimer, Oracle, Meta, and Novartis.

Prior to joining CRA, Leticia spent 14 years as a Global Director at Oracle where she directed cross-cultural teams on the development of worldwide channel strategy and execution. She also led the implementation of global go-to-market initiatives, distribution, and sales growth efforts.

Leticia is a guest lecturer and facilitator on topics such as Admired Leadership®, Executive Presence, and Leading Virtually. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and holds a Professional Coach Certification from the University of Miami. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from UFRGS in Brazil. She has a graduate degree in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University and completed an Executive Program in Leadership at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Leticia is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and currently lives in Miami with her husband and two children.

Mallory Spigel is a Managing Director in the firm’s Leadership practice. Mallory advises experienced and emerging leaders from fortune 500 companies. She has recently focused on newly promoted leaders looking to advance in their careers. She focuses on building and maintaining meaningful relationships across leadership, peers, and direct reports. Mallory has advised individuals and organizations through large-scale transformations, change initiatives, and process and team improvement. Her recent clients include leaders across Tory Burch, Women’s Bond Club, Morgan Stanley, Meta, NASCAR, BMS, Ernst & Young, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Mallory spent over a decade as a Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she was a part of the process improvement division of the business transformation office. Mallory led cross-country teams through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
