Kathleen Keenan is Vice President of Product Management for Investor Communication Services (ICS) on behalf of the Mutual Fund Regulatory Communications Business. Kathleen joined Broadridge in 2021.
Prior to Broadridge, Kathleen was Head of Product at GAGNONtax where she successfully helped to transform the company from a professional service to technology company by repurposing in-house technology for sale within a broader commercial market. Kathleen also served as Head of Product/Web Strategy at BISAM where she where she had responsibility for restructuring the product organization to enhance responsiveness, improve client relationships and grow market share. She had P&L responsibility for a multi-suite of SaaS offerings serving Performance Teams in Global Asset Management firms. Kathleen also spent a number of years leading product and service teams at both NASDAQ and Thomson Reuters.
Kathleen holds a MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College.

Lara Rhame is a Managing Director in the Investment Research group and serves as Chief U.S. Economist at FS Investments, where she focuses on macroeconomic financial market analysis to inform and develop the company’s long-term views on the economy, investment trends and issues facing investors.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rhame served as a Senior Economist at Credit Suisse, where she met with institutional and private clients around the globe to discuss market events and the global economy. She began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and has since worked at other Wall Street institutions, including Brown Brothers Harriman and Lehman Brothers. Her analysis has garnered attention across financial and economic news outlets, including Bloomberg News, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC and CNN.
Ms. Rhame holds a BA in Economics from Bates College and performed post-graduate macroeconomic studies at New York University. She has guest lectured at Columbia University, New York University and Long Island University.
Ms. Rhame serves on the boards of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, Hyperion Bank and Starr Garden Park, and is a former President of the Forecasters Club of New York. She is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and in 2018 received the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women of Distinction Award and Money Management Executive’s Top Women in Asset Management Award.

Todd has over 30 years of cyber security and technology risk management experience and serves as an active experienced leader in EY’s Cybersecurity practice. He has proven experience working with client to solve complex cyber security and technology risk and regulatory related challenges. Todd has worked across multiple highly regulated industries with his primary focus on Financial Services. During his career, he has helped clients with projects related security operations centers, board level training, identity management, attack & penetration, cyber war gaming, technology control frameworks, third party risk management, cyber security strategies and other key components of companies cyber security architecture.

Terence Jackson
Chief Security Advisor, Microsoft
As a leader in the Cyber Security and IT space with more than 20 years of public and private sector experience, Terence Jackson currently serves as a Chief Security Advisor at Microsoft. Previously he served as the Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer at Thycotic Software (now called Dilinea) which was acquired by the Global Investment Firm TPG in 2021. He helps security leaders understand where to focus and the tools needed to address cyber threats and creates strategic plans to align cybersecurity efforts with varying levels of corporate risk.
An industry-acknowledged expert and public speaker, Terence is regularly invited to speak and share his insights by some of the largest and most respected organizations in the world including Forbes, Dark Reading, BrightTalk, Cloud Security Alliance, SC Magazine, InfoSec Magazine, Tech News World, The Guardian, Hedge Fund Monthly and Spectrum News. He has been recognized by Cyber Defense Magazine in 2020 and 2021 as a Top CISO award recipient.
Terence is passionate about serving others by helping them develop their careers in IT and Cybersecurity. He’s been a successful advocate for mentoring and hiring people of color and women into the field. In 2022, Terence earned an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security & Data Privacy from Albany Law School. Since then, he’s become an ambassador for the program and partners with Albany to showcase and advocate for the skills needed in today’s dynamic and ever-changing cyber landscape.
When not studying and learning about all thing’s tech, Terence is a proud Christian, husband, and father of two. For fun, Terence is an avid Marvel Comics Universe fan, and you can find him every autumn Saturday afternoon rooting for the University of Alabama football team.

Leia is the Global Anti-Fraud Officer of Manulife, an international financial services group that provides financial advice, insurance, as well as wealth and asset management solutions for individuals, groups and institutions. Over the last few years, Leia has been instrumental in establishing the enterprise fraud risk management program.
Leia's 17-year risk management experience also includes a long tenure in the Internal Audit function where she held various positions including AVP of North America Insurance, accountable for providing assurance coverage of business lines in US and Canadian Segments.
Prior to Manulife, Leia worked for KPMG LLP and Deutsche Bank in New York City. She lives in South Florida with husband and 11-year-old twin boys. Leia enjoys cooking, traveling and staying active.

Hadley Stern

Hadley Stern is the Global Head of Digital Asset Custody at BNY Mellon. He is responsible for the delivery and strategy of this foundational product that will allow institutions to custody Digital Assets with the bank, building on his extensive experience in finance and technology.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Hadley was the Head of Amazon Web Services’ Innovation Lab, helping their customers identify opportunities and work through experimentation to net-new scaled deployments. Prior to Amazon Web Services, Hadley was the Chief Operating Officer at Bloq and the Founding President of Fidelity Digital Assets. In his role as Founding President, Hadley led the team creating the independent legal entity, built the development, product, design, operations and compliance organizations to launch the business.
Additionally, within the digital asset space, Hadley serves as a mentor to Sparklabs Cyber and Blockchain and sits on the board of Flipside Crypto. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Prior to that, Sanjay spent time in the consulting industry with Sapient, implementing solutions for major clients in Financial Services.

Jim Fanning leads North America for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Financial Services organization. His team helps financial services customers adopt cloud services and plan their cloud strategy with a focus on security and compliance. Jim has been with AWS for 10+ years and previously served as the AWS Country Manager for Switzerland and Austria. Jim has over 25 years of sales, management, and technical experience. He started his career as a C/C++ developer on Unix platforms and he takes pride in staying detail-oriented on the latest technology trends. Prior to Amazon Web Services, Jim worked at Microsoft, Accenture, and was a founding member of Tellme Networks, a Silicon Valley startup.
Gautam Moorjani
General Manager, Intelligent Automation Solutions, SS&C
Gautam leads the SS&C Chorus Intelligent Automation Solutions platform, which includes the SS&C Chorus BPM and Document Automation products. In his role, Gautam is responsible for the global intelligent automation solutions business which includes providing solutions to help clients on their digital transformation journeys using technologies like Workflow, Document Automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Robotic Process Automation. SS&C Chorus has 580 clients with 300,000 active users processing 4 billion transactions and digitizing 600 million pages annually. Gautam joined SS&C from PwC, where he was a partner and led the Intelligent Automation practice for Financial Services. Before PwC, Gautam served as COO at WorkFusion, a robotic process automation, machine learning, and process automation platform. Prior to WorkFusion Gautam spent time building and implementing solutions for Financial Services clients at Markit, JPMorgan, and ARGO Resource Corp.

Miro Kazakoff, author of "Persuading with Data" and a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, will explore the systemic reasons why experts struggle to communicate this type of information. This session will discuss how the human brain processes quantitative information and why the experts are poorer communicators in their own domain, and what we can do about it in our day-to-day jobs.
Miro Kazakoff
Author of Persuading with Data and a Senior Lecturer, MIT
Miro Kazakoff is an author, entrepreneur, and Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at the MIT Sloan School of Management where he focuses on how individuals use data to persuade others.
He created all of MIT Sloan’s Communicating and Persuading with Data courses. His courses help individuals improve their ability to persuade by speaking, writing and visualizing data more effectively. He has taught courses in the MBA, EMBA, Sloan Fellows and MFIN programs including Communication for Leaders, Communicating with Data, and Communication and Persuasion through Data for Executives. He has been recognized as the Sloan Teacher of the Year and is a two-time recipient of MIT’s Teaching with Digital Technology Award.
Miro is the author of Persuading with Data; a guide to designing, delivering and defending your data, published by MIT Press.
Before joining the faculty at MIT, Miro co-founded Testive, an education technology company that combines an adaptive online learning platform with live human coaching to help students meet their educational goals. Prior to that he worked in a variety of sales and client service roles at Hubspot, Compete.com (sold to media conglomerate WPP), and Bain & Co. Miro holds a BA from Georgetown University where he studied English and Computer Science and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Amy McDonald
Senior Associate, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
Amy McDonald advises registered funds, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and their investment advisers in a number of areas, such as US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, regulatory and compliance issues, corporate matters, and Board governance. Amy also helps clients with advocacy efforts surrounding SEC rulemakings and advising on subsequent implementation and compliance questions. Amy is an active member of the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability working group, and frequently advises clients on ESG investing, disclosure, and compliance questions.
In addition to supporting clients in drafting fund documents, including registration statements, proxy materials, and exemptive applications, Amy has experience in a broad range of legal, regulatory, and transactional matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Amy spent almost 10 years practicing in house, serving most recently as legal counsel to the ETF business of a New York–based asset manager. Prior to this, Amy served in legal, regulatory and compliance roles for a Boston-based investment adviser/fund complex. Amy began her legal career as an associate in the financial services group of an international law firm, resident in Boston.

Prior to Aliter, he began his career in fund accounting and financial reporting, and has spent the past 25 years working within the Project Management field within investments.
During his career in Project Management, Brad has worked within various business units and PMOs as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, Strategic Consultant, Manager and Director. He has extensive experience providing project management, oversight and sponsorship on large, complex, global system-related implementations utilizing various forms of technology.
Brad is a strategic member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), volunteering and supporting the local Sacramento Valley Chapter and is currently the Chief Strategy Officer. He was the previous President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, he is credentialed by the PMI as a Certified Project Manager (PMP) and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from California State University Sacramento, and has his Master’s degree from the University of the Pacific.

Mary Gaspar-Hillenbrand, Ph.D. joined Citi in a new role as Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Transformation for Securities Services. Mary will be responsible for the executive leadership, strategy, oversight and advocacy of our global digital transformation efforts in partnership with the Client, Product, Operations and Technology teams. Mary brings over 25 years of industry experience as an execution-focused change leader bringing innovative digital solutions that solve complex problems and drive client value. Mary has joined us from her most recent role at Bloomberg, LP where she was Global Head of Data Services and Digital Transformation. Mary has also held executive leadership positions as President, Transform IT, Global Head of Quality Services and National Client Certifications at First Data Corporation, Global Technology Head, Wealth Management and Quality Management at Citi and Global Head of Shared Testing Services Technology at Credit Suisse. Mary will be based in New York and report to Okan Pekin, Global Head of Securities Services.
Tom Lloyd

Tom Lloyd leads the Quantitative Research and Analytics and the Applied Quantitative Solutions groups at Capital Group. He has 22 years of investment experience and has been with Capital Group for 17 years. Earlier in his career at Capital as an equity investment analyst, his coverage included U.S. auto parts & suppliers and automobile companies, environmental industries, water utilities, electrical equipment, construction & engineering, life science tools & services and trading & distributors companies. Prior to joining Capital, he was the Executive Director of My Friend’s Place, a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and the manager of new venture processes at the Jet Propulsion Lab. He holds both a PhD and a master’s degree in environmental engineering science, with a minor in chemistry, from the California Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in bioresource sciences from the University of California, Berkeley. Tom is based in Los Angeles.

With more than 25 years of financial services industry experience, Scott leads Cerulli’s research efforts focused on investor behavior and advisory relationships. In his time at Cerulli he has authored more than thirty in-depth reports on topics ranging from wholesale distribution to digital advice platforms. His research helps Cerulli’s clients understand how to optimize their platforms given the evolving demand for financial advice.
In recent years his research has been focused on helping client firms design and implement strategies that help their advisory teams feel empowered rather than endangered by the progression of digital engagement models.

Kathryn (Katie) D’Angelo is a managing director and head of Wealth & Investment Management Partnerships for the Wealth Client Group at Allspring Global Investments. In this capacity, Katie is responsible for increasing the adoption of Allspring’s strategies and solutions and co-creating across Wealth Investment Management clients. In addition, Katie is co-creator and distribution leader for Allspring's customized SMA business, Remi. She joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to joining the team, Katie served as SVP within WFAM’s Strategic Relationships organization, leading both wealth and DCIO partnerships. Preceding this, she was responsible for marketing strategy and the RFP team for the broker-dealer channel. Earlier roles include serving as vice president and marketing director at Berkeley Capital Management and as a consulting group tech analyst at Smith Barney. Katie earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in psychology research from Sonoma State University. She is a member of the Board of Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco and a member of 100 Women in Finance.
Matthew Goulet
Head of Asset Management Services & Business Development, Fidelity Investments
Matthew Goulet is head of Asset Manager Services & Business Development at Fidelity Institutional® (FI), the Fidelity Investments business that offers financial professionals and institutions access to the investment, technology, and platform solutions they need to service their clients and grow their businesses. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Mr. Goulet leads a team that manages relationships with third party asset managers who offer mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), collective investment trusts (CITs), alternative investments, and separately managed accounts (SMAs) to Fidelity platform clients.
Prior to this role, Mr. Goulet held a number of executive positions leading Fidelity’s model, SMA, and portfolio construction solutions and driving business development efforts in support of Fidelity’s ETF offering. He has extensive experience building teams that consult, design, and execute strategies to support Fidelity’s institutional clients’ ability to optimize their portfolio construction strategy through custom solutions and integrations with industry fintech solutions.
Before joining Fidelity in 2012, Mr. Goulet was vice president and product specialist for the iShares Product & Investment Consulting team at BlackRock. In this capacity, he focused on the iShares lineup of ETFs and was primarily responsible for working with financial advisors and RIAs to help them better understand the structural differences between various ETFs. Previously, Mr. Goulet worked in several sales and product roles within State Street Global Advisors’ North American Intermediary Business Group. He has been in the financial industry since 2006.
Mr. Goulet received his bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
Justin Hansen

Justin Hansen is a managing director of Global Strategic Accounts for MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he manages a team that covers important intermediaries throughout the world. Justin also runs the Retail SMA business and 529 business lines for the firm. Justin assumed his current position in 2015 and began his career in financial services in 2003, when he joined MFS as an inbound sales representative after participating in the firm's co-op program. In between, he has held multiple roles, including director of national accounts, managed account specialist wholesaling separately managed accounts, and internal wholesaler in the wirehouse division. Justin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in political science from Northeastern University. He holds Series 7, 63, 65, 24, and 51 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
