Nicsa’s Elevating Women in the Workforce aims to provide individuals at all levels of an organization the tools to empower their careers and navigate leadership opportunities.

Unlocking the key to your success is connected to self-awareness. Are you clear and confident about your strengths? During this course, your will explore strategies to help you own your career path, navigate leadership opportunities, and demonstrate confidence and presence in your role.

This course is made up of 2, 90-minute, live-virtual sessions and will incorporate breakout discussions, polls, and chats.
