Rising Star Program


Nicsa’s Diversity Project North America (DPNA) is committed to providing mentorship, networking, and career development opportunities to diverse, aspiring leaders in the asset management industry. The Rising Star Program offers DPNA member firms a high-profile and meaningful way to celebrate and cultivate the next generation of diverse leaders. We have partnered with acclaimed global advisory firm, CRA, to create a training program for our annual Rising Star cohort.  

CRA assists the DEI efforts of our clients by supporting three critical audiences—diverse talent, their leaders, and talent management professionals. We create change that aligns with both DEI and business goals by:  

• Fostering authentic relationships between managers and diverse employees

• Creating organizational sponsorship – not just mentorship – for diverse talent

• Increasing discipline of hiring and selection processes

• Coaching, developing, and strengthening diverse leaders

Registration is only open to the 2023-2024 Rising Stars. Rising Stars will be automatically enrolled.
