Jeff leads product strategy and roadmap for AWD and is focused on helping financial services customers to realize the future of work with AI, automation and digital solutions. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, Jeff is passionate about helping organizations use technology to run smarter and more effectively. Most recently, Jeff was the VP of Product at Catalytic, an intelligent automation startup, and prior to that served in product and customer success leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner).
CEO, Luxembourg House of Financial Technology Foundation - LHoFT
Nasir is CEO of The LHoFT foundation - The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology, a public/private sector initiative to drive fintech innovation in Luxembourg. He sits on the IMF’s High Level Advisory Group on Finance and Technology and is part of the OECD's Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board. Until the end of 2019, Nasir was a Non-Executive Board Director of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) S.A. Nasir has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years. He spent 13 years working within Capital Markets at RBS, ICAP, HSBC and EBS. He has been immersed in the Fintech and startup sector for the past seven years. As an entrepreneur, Nasir has built multiple Fintech businesses across verticals. He has advised the boards of leading financial institutions, central banks and governments. Nasir was included in the “Top 40 innovators shaping the future of financial services -2014” by The Wall Street Journal/Financial News. Nasir has a BSc from the London School of Economics and is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School.
Davide Martucci is the CEO and Co-Founder of Next Gate Tech, a Luxembourg based, data driven FundTech that provides data management, data analytics and smart automation for the middle and back office of the asset management industry. Next Gate Tech is enhancing the fund industry technology, thanks to machine learning and intelligent automation.
Prior to that Davide spent more than ten years in the investment business. He started his career at UBS in Switzerland as portfolio manager and later as investment specialist. More recently he performed the role of Chief Investment Officer for a European Single-Family Office, running a quantitative multi strategy investment program. Davide holds a degree from the HEC University of Geneva.

Miquel Noguer i Alonso is a financial markets practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in asset management, he is the Founder of Artificial Intelligence Finance Institute. Head of Development atGlobal AI and co-Editor of the Journal of Machine Learning in Finance.
He worked for UBS AG (Switzerland) as Executive Director. He is member of European Investment Committee for the last 10 years. He worked as a Chief Investment Office and CIO for Andbank from 2000 to 2006. He started his career at KPMG.
He is Visiting Professor at NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences and the CQF institute. He has been Adjunct Professor at Columbia University teaching Asset Allocation, Big Data in Finance and Fintech. He is also Professor at ESADE teaching Hedge Fund, Big Data in Finance and Fintech. He taught
the first Fintech and Big Data course at the London Business School in 2017.
He received an MBA and a Degree in business administration and economics in ESADE in 1993. In 2010 he earned a PhD in quantitative finance with a Summa Cum Laude distinction (UNED – Madrid Spain). He completed a Postdoc in Columbia Business School in 2012. He collaborated with the Mathematics
department of Fribourg during his PhD. He also holds the Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) 2000. He also holds the ARPM certificate.
His research interests range from asset allocation, big data, machine learning to algorithmic trading and Fintech. His academic collaborations include a visiting scholarship in Columbia University in 2013 in the Finance and Economics Department, in Fribourg University in 2010 in the mathematics department, and giving presentations in Indiana University, ESADE and CAIA and several industry seminars like the Quant Summit USA 2019 and 2010.
