The goal of the BlackRock Women's Leadership Forum is to provide participants with the insight, sponsorship and a global network to expand their leadership impact and scope. The program is designed for female managing directors from various businesses and geographies to complement other leadership programs, as well as to focus on the challenges that women specifically face, especially once they started climbing the ranks in their careers.
