Noted by her clients for her energy and her ability to work with all levels of an organization, Janice Aull leverages her passion for working with people to ignite their growth and development. Janice Is a facilitator and coach at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management’s Center for Leadership.

As a results-oriented performance improvement facilitator and certified coach, Janice partners with clients to tailor and facilitate solutions that meet their specific learning and development goals. For over 20 years she has been working within healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and professional services industries to design and deliver professional and organizational development solutions. Her expertise is in leadership development, change management, team effectiveness, and motivation.

Janice, who has her own consulting company, formerly was Manager of Organizational Capability at CDW. She previously was a Senior Learning Specialist at Abbott Laboratories. 

Janice received her master’s degree from DePaul University, a graduate certificate in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University, and a BA from Concordia University.
