A digital transformation executive with continuous improvement and service delivery expertise, technology and operations background, and over twenty years of global leadership experience in driving large scale technology enablement and platform modernization, Anish Sharan is a faculty member at the Lake Forest Center for Leadership.

Anish is Head of Digital Transformation at Pritzker Private Capital, where he advises fund and company executive leadership on digital strategy and operational improvement activities across a diverse group of companies in the manufactured products and services sectors.

Prior to this, Anish served over seven years as Director of Transformation and Execution at CME Group, where he was responsible for driving digital strategy and transformation initiatives across the enterprise. He also evangelized and coached Lean Six Sigma process improvement principles, philosophies, and tools. Previous positions included Global Business Process Improvement Leader at Nielsen, and Director of Digital Delivery at Leo Burnett.

A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20 years of experience in building and fostering continuous improvement programs, Anish is a featured speaker on digital transformation at industry conferences. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago-Booth and his MS from Michigan State University.
