Christine “Chris” is a credentialed Executive Coach and Facilitator of Leadership Development.  She partners with individuals and teams in both large and small organizations, using her strengths-based approach to improve their communication, productivity, leadership presence, and relationship management.

Chris has spent over 20 years in leadership positions in a variety of non-profit settings as well as entrepreneurial start-up companies, holding leadership positions in Operations and Executive Management.  She is currently the VP of Coaching Services for Apollo Health.  In the last thirteen years, she has focused much of her Executive Coaching and Facilitation career on serving non-profits, government organizations, universities, the financial service industry, and healthcare industries.  Chris has additional training in team coaching and supports teams in organizations to improve their relationships (increasing their positivity) and improving their productivity.

Chris co-created a 125 hour coach training program with the International Coach Federation called HabitChange Coach Training which has been implemented in the university setting, virtually and with Denver Department of Human Services.

Chris is the current President of ICF Colorado and is credentialed at the PCC level.  She relocated to Denver in 2015 with her husband and dog from Philadelphia.  She loves the outdoors and also plays bass guitar in a local band.

Lastly, Chris is a member of the Henka Institute Faculty, which specializes in Coach Leadership training within the Financial Services industry.
