About DiSC:
DiSC® is a highly effective personal assessment tool utilized by over one million individuals annually to enhance teamwork, communication, and overall productivity within the workplace.
The DiSC model revolves around four main personality profiles, represented by the acronym DiSC: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness, and (C)onscientiousness. By identifying and understanding these different personality styles, individuals can adapt their communication and behavior to interact more harmoniously with their colleagues, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
