He was a member of the MFS Management Committee. Jim was named the Lifetime Achievement winner by Fund Action in 2018.Jim currently is a member of the corporate board of Waddell & Reed (NYSE:WDR). He is also an independent trustee on the Yieldstreet Prism Fund. He is also actively involved with several non-profit boards.

Ted Truscott is the chief executive officer for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a leading global asset manager that provides a broad range of actively managed investment strategies and solutions for individual, institutional and corporate clients around the world. Under his leadership, the firm uses a consistent and collaborative investment approach that strives to provide better outcomes for clients.Before joining the company in September 2001, Truscott was chief investment officer with Zurich Scudder Investments, Americas, and managing director — Zurich Scudder Investments. Truscott joined Scudder, Stevens & Clark in 1992 as a portfolio manager and equity research analyst, focusing on Latin American countries and securities. Prior to Scudder, Truscott was with Chemical Bank from 1983 to 1992, first as a credit analyst and banking officer covering Asian banks and corporations at Chemical Bank. Later, Truscott joined Chemical's LDC Structured Finance Group, concentrating on the creation and management of Chemical's debt/equity swap portfolio in Latin America.Truscott serves on several boards across the Columbia Threadneedle and Ameriprise Financial businesses. In addition, he serves as Vice-Chairman of the Investment Company Institute’s Board of Governors, Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees for Middlebury College and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Boston Food Bank. Truscott earned a bachelor's degree in East Asian studies from Middlebury College and a master's of business administration in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Terri Fiedler

Terri Fiedler serves as President and CEO of AIG Financial Distributors, the sales and distribution organization for AIG Life & Retirement. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the organization that markets the entire spectrum of AIG’s protection, retirement savings, investment and lifetime income solutions across a broad range of wholesale and retail distribution channels.

Ms. Fiedler joined AIG in 2012 as Executive Vice President, Strategic Accounts for AIG Financial Distributors. In this capacity she was responsible for working closely with the organization’s business teams to fully meet the product and service needs of AIG Life & Retirement’s largest clients. Prior to joining AIG, she served as Senior Director, National Account Management, for Invesco and Manager, National Account Management for AIM Distributors. Ms. Fiedler earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 26, 51, 63 and 66 licenses as well as the General Lines Agent (Texas) license. She is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor Designee (CMFC®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation. She serves as a trustee for the Foundation for Financial Planning and serves as a board director for the Insured Retirement Institute.

Shawn Lytle

Global Head of MIM, President Delaware Funds, Head of Americas

Shawn K. Lytle is global head of Macquarie Investment Management (MIM). In this role, he is responsible for leading all aspects of the MIM business, which includes oversight of the firm’s multiboutique investment teams; client and distribution areas; more than 900 employees globally; and $US250 billion of assets under management. Prior to taking on this role in January 2019, he was deputy global head of MIM, responsible for leading the Americas business. Lytle serves as president of Delaware Funds by Macquarie. In addition, he is head of Americas for Macquarie Group, which involves chairing the region’s Management Committee and also representing the Americas region on Macquarie Group’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Macquarie in June 2015 as president of Delaware Investments, he held several management roles at UBS Asset Management where he worked for 13 years. He was regional head of the Americas for five years, based in Chicago and New York. Before that, Lytle worked in London in various investment roles within UBS Asset Management’s equity group, including deputy global head of equities. Before joining UBS in 2002 as a global equities portfolio manager, he worked for JPMorgan Asset Management for 10 years in a variety of roles in London and New York, including global equities client portfolio manager and US mutual fund sales. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Lytle is a member of the board of governors for the Investment Company Institute (ICI). He is the former chairman of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), and he was previously on the board of directors for the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for five years.

Jim Fitzpatrick is the President and CEO of NICSA, a global asset management trade association with a mission of connecting industry participants in order to advance leading practices.Jim joined NICSA in 2015with 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the asset management industry. Working closely with the Board of Directors, Jim has set the strategic direction of NICSA, which includes the launch of the Diversity Project North America in late2018. The Diversity Project promotes an inclusive asset management industry and seeks to achieve diversity across all dimensions through collaborative leadership from senior business executives.

Previously, Jim was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management with responsibilities that included senior leadership responsibilities in both global operations and global sales roles during his career. In addition, he served as an officer of the Goldman Sachs Funds for fourteen years and served as an Independent Trustee for the Hays Series Trust until December 2017. Jim began his career with The Boston Company and later First Data Investor Services Group, a subsidiary of the surviving entity, First Data Corporation, where he held several senior management positions during his tenure.
